Here is a quick time-lapse video of me creating the Seven Sins Salon logo into a sign. I first drew the logo onto the piece of plywood. I then debossed the name “Seven Sins Salon” using a Dremel and painted the logo using acrylic and other types of paints/markers. At the end we went over it all with some glow paint and t-shirt glow gel. I also sprayed it with a sealant to weatherproof it some but I will be taking the sign down at some point to properly seal the wood before it rains again. I cut the logo out the best I could using various bits on a hand-held Dremel. It was dangerous but next time I will certainly use my routing table and table saws. It took about 4-5 days of working on it before I felt it was complete enough to hang up outside. I plan on also installing a black light outside so that it will glow at night. I did eventually fix the black light paint so it looks much better now than in the photos shown here. Even though I feel like it still needs a tiny bit of work, What do you guys think so far!?
