Here we go again. I’m going to have a lot of explaining to do on this one.
It’s a long story and this one’s going to take a while so enjoy the pictures below and discuss what you think this is all about. I’m curious as to what first comes to your mind when you see something like this. Below the subject of these messages are my responses back to her. Make sure to check out the time in which the messages were sent to me also. Oh man, there are so many more where these came from. She has been seriously messaging me just about every day for the past 6+ months.
Fakers and their Ignorant Victims
I’m not sure why, but for the last few days I’ve been corresponding to a girl on Facebook who claims she has met me, that she’s my girlfriend, and that she’s going to be moving in with me soon. Obviously, she’s really misinformed and there’s a couple of times where I really thought she may have been crazy.
In reality, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Before I get into this, let me tell you a short story of a similar occurrence which left me baffled.
My Opinions on using Flash for Web Design
There have been many times when a client asks me about using flash to build their web site. I usually immediately let out an internal sigh and begin to think about ways to explain to him why it’s not always the best idea. Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not against using flash for design, but I believe that if you can make the web site function the same using XHTML/CSS or Javascript, why use flash? Flash shouldn’t be for building full web sites in my opinion. It should only be used to create elements on your site which cannot be programmed with normal use of XHTML/CSS or Javascript.

No Neck Coat of Arms
I spent last night at No-Neck studios with Dearborn and Dreggs. We had a hard time trying to decide which song to let the fans preview next. After a conference call with Kriz DK we decided to go with Arm and a Leg. There are just some songs on the record that are so bad ass that we’re going to just wait to show the fans during the CD release show.
No plans of touring as of yet, but it seems all the messages I get from fans these days are about that. We haven’t toured in over a year and we’re all dying to play out again but of course the timing has to be right. It wouldn’t make sense for us to start booking shows again without a finished product. Seems so many bands down here decide to rush their projects just so they can play out and they pay for it in the end. We’re taking the time and making sure we’re 100% happy with where we are at before making the big jump. We survive on flying past the half-assed bullshit that everyone is so quick to put out.
For anyone interested in checking out the new song we just posted just visit our myspace page. Arm and a Leg already has over 600 listens and we just posted it. We’ve been getting great reviews from the fans and labels over seas.
I’m so excited about the new release and I can’t stress that enough. DK should be in town at the end of the month for new product and mayhem. Should be a blast, once again.

I love my g1 cell phone. I’ve had it for quite some time now and i’ve been able to get so much accomplished with it. Of course being the geek i am, i’ve already rooted the phone and have many cool features which are not out of the box features.
Since this post isn’t titled, “g1 review”, I just wanted to mention that I installed a little app which allows me to make posts to my blog right from my phone. This means I can finally keep this thing up to date without feeling like I need to be sitting in front of the computer all the time to do so!
Trooper VS Ambulance Driver
I become more and more disappointed every day with America’s state troopers and police departments. I’ve got way too many stories of incidences where they were incredibly wrong and no one has done anything about it.
People didn’t just begin hating cops for the hell of it. There’s obviously many reasons why the police departments are not only feared, but abhorred.
Today I read an article in the news about a state trooper in Oklahoma City, Daniel Martin, who decided to pull over an ambulance. He was Bothered when the ambulance driver failed to yield to him as he raced to provide backup on a call and thought the driver flipped him an obscene gesture.
The troopers’ lawyer claimed he didn’t realize there was a patient in the back of the ambulance. The patient in the back of the ambulance was being taken to the hospital and his son rode with them. The son proceeded to take out his cell phone and video tape the incident from the back of the ambulance and captured the whole thing.
Apparently, once the trooper pulled them over, a Paramedic jumped out from the back and demanded that Martin speak with him instead of the driver.
“You get back into the ambulance, I’m talking to the driver,” the trooper yelled.
The paramedic replied, “I’m in charge of this unit, sir.”
Martin tells the driver he’s going to get a ticket for failure to yield. “I ain’t going to be putting up with that shit,” Martin said. “You understand Me!?”
Then the paramedic said, “And I won’t be putting up with you talking to my driver like that.”
The situation kept getting worse and escalating while the paramedic repeatedly told Martin he had a patient he needed to take to the hospital and Martin just kept yelling for him to get back into the ambulance.
The trooper later claimed he didn’t know there was a patient in the back and that he either didn’t hear it or it didn’t register.
I personally believe he didn’t give a shit. His pride was hurt and all of a sudden he must have felt that he was right, as most cops do in a situation like that. This was way out of control and got to a point where the trooper grabbed the paramedic by the neck and proceeded to try arresting him.
These type of stories are becoming all too common these days. Troopers are filled with control issues and feel that their badge gives them the right to act so ridiculous that even stopping an ambulance seems like it’s an okay thing to do. What I don’t get is, if he was in a rush to provide backup to another officer, what the hell gave him enough time to do a traffic stop? It makes no sense to me and never will. No need to cry like a little bitch with a skinned knee and shit just because he was not “yielded” to.
What kind of society has this become where we have bullies with badges running around full of ego and letting it get in the way of their job. Someone needs to do some deflating around here…
